Return Policy

The products presented are available for purchase in the United States only.

Orders from remote region may be charged an extra shipping fee, depending on the distance from our fulfillment center and the intended delivery address.

Please note that we offer a 30-day full refund policy in the event that you are unsatisfied with the quality of the ordered product. In case of a return request, please contact our Customer Service to inform us and allow for us to create a shipping label free of charge.

All returns must be processed within 15 days of receiving the order. Items accepted should not be worn, washed or altered. Order # must be provided to place a return.

We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the items have any signs of alteration, misuse or damage

Orders placed on our website will be shipped using standard FedEx shipping and delivered to intended location within 2- 6 days, depending upon the distance from our warehouse to the destination. In the event that there is a request for making use of a different shipping provider, please state this when placing the order during checkout in the Notice Box provided. Any of the additional fees resulting into this request will be charged over the original product price to the client.
