Shipping policy

Jelssport currently ships to internationally to over 50 countries around the world including USA, Canada, Latin America, Asia, Europe and Australia.

We offer free shipping for all orders !

Shipping will usually take 5-7 business days (it may take a few extra days to deliver to remote areas and busy seasons). We’ll send a tracking number so you can watch your package’s journey. 

It typically takes 1-3 business days for an order to ship via USPS. If you checked out as a guest, you will receive an email confirmation and tracking number once your order has shipped. If you need further assistance, please email us: support@jelssport.com

Once your order has been submitted successfully, the order goes almost immediately to processing and then it’s sent to the warehouse to ship. To get your order to you as fast as possible, no changes can be made at this stage. Please contact us immediately to cancel the order. Otherwise, we’d be happy to start a return for you for the looks you didn’t mean to order.

Returns and exchanges

We're sorry you didn't love your Jelssport product. Please reach out to

support@jelssport.com with your order number and the products you'd like to exchange or return, and we'll take care of the rest.

We offer 30-day money-back service for any quality issue, and 12-month warranty with friendly customer service. If you would like to return any of the product(s), please contact our Customer Support that would gladly assist you to help smoothen the exchange/return proccess.

All returns must be processed within 15 days of receiving the order. Items accepted should not be worn, washed or altered. Order # must be provided to place a return.

You will be refunded in full to your original form of payment. Please note, your original shipping charges are not refunded. Email us at

support@jelssport.com and we'll help you place the return. Please note that the all sale items are final sale.

Credit card refunds usually take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.

If you received a product different from the one that you ordered, sorry about that! Please contact us at

support@jelssport.com and we’ll be sure to get you the Jels mat you ordered!

Order questions

Jelssport comes out with new collections each season. If something is out of stock, you can sign up for back in stock email alerts on the product page of the out of stock item.

You can view order status on your Account page, which will be updated as soon as you are charged for your shipment and again once your order ships.
